March 14, 2026 — Today is the day of the provincial civil service exam. As a massive crowd of test-takers streams into the examination halls, an exciting exam is about to take place here. Of course, I am one of those test-takers as well.

ORZ, I rushed through the earlier sections as hard as I could, and then came the big essay. I had originally planned to leave an hour for it, but things didn't go as planned. My hand was practically sparking from the speed, yet I still ended up 200 characters short on the essay.

Conclusion

This time, I can say I was completely unprepared. I treated the first attempt as just a way to learn what the exam actually consists of and to gather information for next time.
